![]() I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Dashboard software, but no luck so far. ![]() Both Dashboard and DDAssist are enabled as login items and the DDService64d process is up and running. The Drobo's firmware is up-to-date and I am running the latest version 3.5.0 of Dashboard. This is a brand new iMac Pro running Catalina 10.15.4 and a Drobo 5c (DDR4A31) connected to the back using USB-C into one of the Thunderport sockets. I've not had any power outages or anything like that which could have done any damage. The Drobo seems to be working just fine, all lights are green and there is plenty of space left on the disks. If I toggle the power on the Drobo and wait for it to restart it will (eventually) mount as a Drobo device and Dashboard works as normal. A disk called Drobo is on the desktop and I can browse it, add files, delete it and everything, but I can't use any Drobo tools to check its health. Whenever I boot my Mac, the Drobo does not appear on the desktop as a Drobo device and the Drobo Dashboard cannot find the Drobo at all. Note: You can attempt to immediately access data by directly connecting the Drobo to your computer.Hopefully someone can explain what is going on and how to fix it.
